If you have an facebook account there is an easy option to learn one french word a day. That is really cool, because one word is not really that kind of drilling we all know from school and checking your facebook profile is anyway on the schedule, isn't it?
That is what I mean when I say the learning process should be part of daily life.
One of this mini applications is even reading the word for, so correct pronunciation is no problem.
